The Big Day!

On Saturday we slept in! We didn't even move until around 9:30! It was so nice!! We didn't have to be ready until 4, so we had the day to relax and rest up for the wedding! We went downstairs for breakfast, and it was delish! After breakfast, Lil and Daddy went swimming in the indoor pool...she had the best time! She is like a little fish! After swimming we went back to our room to take a nap...well, that DID NOT HAPPEN!!! We tried to get her to sleep for 2 hours...lights/tv off, laying in bed not moving. But she did not want to sleep! So I was freaking out that she was going to be miserable later on for the wedding, etc. So we got up, ate some subs, and got ready to head over to the Manor. All of the gals rode over in a shuttle, and got dressed there, then headed outside for pictures! Lil did good, she was very tired though, and I was stressing that she wouldn't do her flower girl thing... Finally it was show time! The weather was perfect, and everyone was ready! Keri looked AMAZING, and everything was perfect! And...Lil did it! She did great, and was adorable! I was so proud of her! After the ceremony...it was time to party! The reception was awesome, and all my child wanted to do the entire day was dance! Well...she danced and danced and danced!! She literally did not stop the entire almost 5 hour reception! She danced with EVERYONE, and the guests were cracking up! She danced even when no one was out on the dance floor! She had THE TIME OF HER LIFE!!! It was so fun to watch her...but EXHAUSTING as well...we couldn't keep track of her! She was like a maniac! HILARIOUS! We had a sparkler send off for the bride and groom at midnight...and I don't think I have ever been so worn out in my life! We rode the shuttle back and Lil PASSED OUT!!! She didn't even remotely wake up when we changed her into her jammies back at the hotel. The wedding was so wonderful, and we had the best time!!! Congratulations to my sweet Keri and her wonderful new hubby Shawn! We love you so much and are so happy for you! Thank you so much for including us in your special day! It was PERFECT!!!!!
